CANTON, Ohio (WHBC) – The case of the Marlboro Township man accused of killing the man he lived with for a time in Massillon is headed to the grand jury.

Evidence was presented Monday in a preliminary hearing, tying Carl Spencer to the death of Nick Stein one year ago.

The body of Stein encased in concrete was removed from an 8th Street SW backyard nearly two weeks ago.

Court documents indicate Spencer pushed Stein down the basement steps at the home, then disposed of the body.
