The Canton Police Dept.  is launching TIP 411, an internet based tool that enbables the public to text message an anonymous tip to police, and lets the police respond back creating a two-way anonymous "Chat".  Reserved exclusively for Public safety purposes.  Anyone with a cell phone can now text "Canton" and the tip information to 847411.  For more info, call 330 438-4450.

In honor of National Safe Boating Week (May 18th - 24th), The Stark County Power Squadron will conduct a four session safe boating course entitled "AMERICA'S BOATING COURSE 3rd EDITION", which will cover all of the requirements for state certifcation.  Classes will be held at Acme Store on N.
