Students in grades 6 - 12 are invited to participate in a BILLBOARD DESIGN CONTEST. The winning entries will have their designs featured on an actual billboard throughout Stark County as well as a special gift card. Two entries will be chosen from grades 6 - 8 and two from 9 - 12. The theme is "PROPER PLANTING with CLAWD" ( the Stark County Regional Planning Commission's mascot) as a farmer or home gardener using techniques that are best for our soil and water.
