Before Thor, Chris Hemsworth Missed Out on These Roles

Nowadays, Chris Hemsworth is known for his role as the hammer-wielding Asgardian Thor, but before he became a household name Chris did miss out some movie roles.
During an interview with Variety, Hemsworth says that he was “very close to playing G.I. Joe and was also considered to play Gambit in the Wolverine movies.”
“At the time I was very upset by the rejection. But if I played either of those characters, I wouldn’t have been able to play Thor.”
