Child in Car Seat Falls Out of Car

Dashcam footage caught this when it happened. Fortunately, several people stopped but the driver of the car just kept on going and didn’t realize the child fell out of the car. Rescuers called police and the mother eventually came back for the child. She may be facing child endangerment charges.
