Disney To Open Marvel-Themed Land At California Adventure

Superheroes are set to take over Disney’s California Adventure, as the theme park releases plans to change things up for next year.
Taking over the now-closed A Bugs Life area, Marvel-themed attractions will open in part at some point in 2020.
“The Guardians of the Galaxy will be joined by Spider-Man and the Avengers in what will become a completely immersive Super Hero universe, furthering the evolution of Disney California Adventure park,” reveals Disney in an official blog post.
According to another report, designs include “a new Spider-Man ride, a central hub, a Doctor Strange meet-and-greet area, an Avengers roller coaster and plenty of shops.”
