Dog Rescued in Bahamas After 3 Weeks Trapped Under Debris From Hurricane Dorian

The clean up in the Bahamas is continuing. One organization is trying to find those pets that have become separated from their families and they recently found a miracle. Big Dog Ranch Rescue members sent some drones to see if they could detect any heat of animals in trouble.

They were able to find a dog that was trapped beneath debris that had been surviving on rain water and nothing else. There was a dead dog next to him. The rescuers rushed to help him and the poor thing was too weak to even stand! Once they freed him from underneath appliances he was taken to a veterinarian and he is recovering. They’ve named him Miracle because he is definitely a miracle!

The rescue missions are continuing as quickly as they can because bulldozers are coming soon to clear the area and they are worried other animals are trapped beneath the debris.
