Emojis on License Plates?

Starting March 1st drivers in Queensland, Australia, drivers are going to be able to personalize their license plate with emojis! They’ll still have to have 3 letters and 2 numbers but then they can choose between “LOL”, “wink”, “sunglasses”, “heart eyes” and “smile” for an extra charge. Not everyone thinks it’s a good idea. One driver said that most people will need the angry face!!
