(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Flash Flood Watch is in effect on Thursday for Tuscarawas, Carroll and other counties.

More rain and storms are possible on Thursday and the ground is already very saturated.

The National Weather Service says a Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding, which is a very dangerous situation.

People in the watch area should be ready to take action if necessary.

The watch goes until 11 p.m. Thursday.
