Harry Potter TV Series In The Works HBO Max

Warner Bros and HBO Max are in talks for a live-action Harry Potter TV project. It would of course land at HBO Max.

All conversations are in the very early stages. No writers or talent yet. Executives at HBO Max and WB are all working on a way to bring Harry Potter to TV so they are open to all pitches.  Where should the TV version of Harry Potter start from?
