Idris Elba Talks Coachella and Taylor Swift

It’s been quite a start to 2019 for Idris Elba, he’s got a spot at this year’s Coachella Festival, a new Netflix series, and of course, working with Taylor Swift in the remake of Cats.  “This year’s been amazing because I get to play and make music a lot more,” Elba said. “and I’m hoping that… I might get Taylor and I to do a song. I mean that would be great.”  As far as DJ’ing is concerned the announcement that he was part of Coachella had some scratching their head, but it should be known that Idris was working the turntables even before he started acting.  “I’ve been a DJ since I was 14, but Coachella is, like, a lifetime dream for any DJ. I’m so excited! I can’t wait!”  Did you know that Idris was a DJ before he was an actor? How do you think he’ll do at Coachella?
