Lordstown Union Suing GM

A lawsuit has been filed by the United Autoworkers Union against General Motors. The union says GM is not honoring its obligation to transfer the laid off workers there to another plant. It says the company is using temporary workers at the Fort Wayne plant instead of giving the jobs to nearly 700 workers who have applied for a transfer from Lordstown. The suit asks the court to put an end to it.
