Millennials get the blame for everything. Eventually, they might be on the hook for the end of lunch breaks.
According to a study, millennials actually value lunch breaks more than older generations of workers. However, millennials also equate lunchtime with laziness.
About a quarter of millennials surveyed worry that taking a lunch break will make it look like they aren’t putting in maximum effort. 31 percent of millennial managers agreed that employees who take lunch breaks regularly don’t work as hard as others.
Millennial workers look forward to taking lunch and wish the break was longer. Most of them can’t find the time during the day to stop for the midday meal.
Do you take lunch regularly or do you skip it? Do you stay in the office or do you leave?
