Ohio Legislature Works to Require Pay Stubs

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – Did you know employers in Ohio are not required to provide pay stubs with your regular paychecks?

The Ohio legislature is working to change that.

House Bill 137 requires employers to provide earnings and deduction statements to employees.

It passed the House last week.

Ohio is one of just nine states that does not currently have that requirement.
