People Fall Into MASSIVE Puddle

Texas got a LOT of rain recently when that tropical system dumped on them. But no one would expect a puddle to be THAT deep!!  Someone could drown in that thing!   The puddle has to be hiding something else because, seriously, who’s ever seen a puddle like that????
