Security Footage Catches Man Licking Doorbell for 3 Hours

The home owners were away but their kids were in the house. The man just stood there and licked the doorbell for about 3 hours. He did take an extension cord from the front lawn but neighbors found it the next day. The police were able to identify the man from the footage. I’m not sure what, if any, penalties the man is facing. The home owners did disinfect the doorbell thoroughly.
