Local Stark County Restaurants Open For Thanksgiving
While some people find it unbelievable, there will be some Stark County restaurants open for Thanksgiving. Ranging from casual to fancy, restaurants give people the chance to eat good without having to worry about the shopping, the cooking and the clean up. Not only that, Stark County restaurants open for Thanksgiving also give people who don’t have plans or family something to do. Buffets seem to be popular, but there are plenty of places offering Thanksgiving plates and their standard menu. Amish Door
Located at 1210 Winesburg St, Wilmot, OH 44689, The Amish Door will be doing at Thanksgiving buffet. Featuring traditional Thanksgiving food, plus their famous broasted chicken, adults can eat for $32.99 and kids for $16.99. Reservations are not required.
Poppy’s Tacos
One of Stark County’s newest eateries, Poppy’s Tacos is located at 321 Cherry Ave NE, Canton, OH 44702. For Thanksgiving, they’ll be offering their Family box, featuring 12 tacos, 2 large sides of rice and 1 large side of street corn.
Canal Grille
Located at 2223 Locust Street in beautiful Canal Fulton, Ohio, Thanksgiving at the Canal Grille gets rave reviews.
Ferraro’s
A Canton institution, Ferraro’s Family Restaurant will open at 6:00 on Thanksgiving morning and will be open until 5:00pm. Along with reservations for large groups, they are currently taking orders for pastries and pies. For over 100 years, Ferraro’s can be found at 3822 Navarre Rd SW, Canton, OH 44706.
Chateau Michele Banquets
A Thanksgiving Day buffet will be available from 11 to 3 for $28 for adults and $14 for children. Reservations can be made by calling 330-493-3463. Chateau Michele Banquets is located at 2231 44th Street NW, Canton OH 44709.

Opening at 4:00pm, Nathan’s Patio is well known for their food, their atmosphere and their iconic patio. Nathan’s Patio is located at 725 30th St NE, Canton, OH 44714.
Cibo’s Italian Restaurant
Cibo’s will be running their full Sunday menu on Thanksgiving, which features traditional turkey dinners. Located in Waynesburg at 134 W Lisbon St, Cibo’s can be reached at (330) 866-3838.
