USDA Stops Experiments On Kittens For Food Safety Research

The USDA announced that it is ceasing food safety experiments being performed on kittens.

The tests have been occurring since 1982 and were meant to help scientists combat foodborne illness. Thousands of cats have said to have been euthanized in that time due to testing.
