Lilly heard that there were classmates in her Spokane, Washington elementary school who were behind on their lunch payments and she wanted to do something about it.  First she went to her dad to ask if he could donate some money to wipe it out.  So her dad asked the principal how much it was.  When he found out the student lunch debt was $10,000 he told Lilly that the amount was just too much for him to cover it completely.

But Lilly was insistent that there had to be a way to do it.  They brainstormed and came up with a fundraiser.  Her father is the general manager of a car dealership so they donated a portion of their car sales and were able to raise all $10,000!  Lilly and her dad were just able to present the check to the school.  Andrew, Lilly’s father, completely credits Lilly’s determination to make it happen.
