Florida Man looking for Owner of Necklace Filled With Ashes

Shawn Rauch was using his metal detector in neck-deep water, a frequent hobby of his, when he came across something unusual. He found a necklace with a round ball on the chain, with hearts all over it. The word “Mom” was on it. He figured out it was a necklace with ashes inside of it. Now, he is on the hunt to find who this necklace belongs to.
