‘GOT’ Ending Cost HBO Half Its Subscribers

The ending of the hit HBO series Game of Thrones cost the channel big.
If you thought you were upset at the ending of the series, HBO was really upset to see subscribers leave after its ending. According to a report in Variety, HBO saw more than half of its subscribers in the 18-49 demo leave the network in 2020.
