Proposed Ohio Law Aims To Curb Smoking In Cars While Children Are Present

An Ohio state lawmaker has proposed a bill that would make it illegal to smoke in any vehicle while transporting children six years old or younger.
The bill would call for a fine of $500 for the first and second offense and $250 for each successive offense and would restrict the use of cigars, cigarettes and other lighted tobacco burning devices.
